摘要
Uncontrolled massive bleeding and wound infection are leading causes of death in the wound care. Existing haemostatic materials still cannot meet actual needs, especially incapable of taking both haemostasis and antibacterial into consideration. Herein we prepared a series of electrospinning nanofiber onto chitosan nonwoven fabrics, which presented the quick haemostasis, blood lose control and antibacterial performance. The composites were synthesized by electrospinning to make NCS/PVA/CNF nanofibers deposit onto the medical chitosan nonwoven fabric, which can enhance 18% haemostatic performance of chitosan nonwoven fabric, reduce blood loss and kill 90% bacterial after irradiation treatments.
