摘要
It is shown that the car steel wheel rims production by profiling is faced with certain difficulties. These difficulties are associated with solving the profiling process fatigue problems, ensuring the quality of the finished image, eliminating shortages and increasing productivity without significant labor costs. It is possible to solve the set tasks through the autonomous intelligent production creation. The main transformation mechanics of the metal profiling line into an intelligent system was shown. Such a system will make it possible to increase the productivity by means the constituent production process dynamic monitoring and the processing technology at each profile transition control. A profiling machines transition algorithm from manual control to effective adaptive control is outlined. For this, all technology components are involved, starting from the workpiece and the design of machines and ending with profile sensors and tracking devices.
