Consensus guidelines recommend surgical aortic valve replacement (SAVR) over transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) in patients with severe aortic stenosis aged < 65 years. This analysis evaluates clinical practice and outcomes of TAVR and SAVR in patients < 60 years.
