To understand the application of big data analysis in supply chain management, the author suggests doing application research in supply chain management using big data analysis. Before exploring how Big data analysis may be used effectively in supply chain management, the author first examines the primary forms of this discipline. To increase the effectiveness of supply chain management, research should be done on how to connect the development of blockchain with big data. Finally, it has been demonstrated via the study of company instances that the application of Big Data analysis may assist supply chain firms in understanding consumer demands, which can then assist customers in selecting the best goods and services. Reaction time can be 40% faster than with conventional supply chain management; At the same time, the supply chain's effectiveness may be raised by roughly 26%, and supply chain integration will be greatly enhanced. The order cycle may be substantially optimized (by approximately 420%) and supply chain efficiency can be raised (by about 270%), if big data analysis technology is further applied to supply chain operations. With the continuous improvement of the national economy, Big data processing has been widely used in the daily work and life of modern audiences, fundamentally improving the overall work quality and efficiency of the enterprise.
