摘要
The world today is undergoing revolutionary changes in science, technology, and industry. These changes have optimized the surgical procedure for lung cancer treatment into a more minimally invasive, precise, comprehensive, industrialized, and patient-centered manner. The definition of minimally invasive treatment for lung cancer has been expanded from simply reducing the size of the skin incision to reserve the lung function. The principle of precision surgery is emphasized throughout the whole process of patient management including diagnosis and treatment. Multimodality therapy helps narrow the gaps between different disciplines and thus provides more personalized treatment for lung cancer patients. Integration of industrial techniques such as visualization, surgical robot, and artificial intelligence into medical practice will potentially lead to a revolution in thoracic surgical procedure. Today, thoracic surgeons are responsible for establishing a self-reliant surgical practice for Chinese patients with lung cancer. It is necessary to attach great importance to patient-centered care, move forward to review minimally invasive surgical procedure, and foster better practice for lung cancer management by keeping up with cutting-edge research on science and technology in the context of changes and challenges.当今世界正在经历新一轮的科技革命和产业变革,肺癌外科也在微创化、精准化、综合化、医工融合化、自主化和人文化等多方面不断迎来新的突破。肺癌外科的微创化理念,从切口微创,向缩小切除范围和保留器官功能进阶;精准化原则贯穿肺癌诊断、治疗、分子预测等诊疗全程;综合化治疗模式打破单科诊疗模式形成的专业壁垒和学科界限,为患者提供最佳治疗策略;医工融合化的代表性技术,如可视化技术、机器人手术辅助技术和人工智能技术等,极可能引起外科的下一场技术革命。当代中国肺癌外科医师,应当努力促进肺癌外科技术和学术的自主化,重视临床工作的人文化关怀,坚持微创和精准的肺癌外科理念,紧抓科技创新,把握发展机遇,于变局中开新局。.
