摘要
The tightening bolt is a key component of the subsea clamp connector. Based on the working principle of the three-flap clamp connector, the research on the tightening bolt is carried out. Analysis of the mechanical transfer process of tightening bolts was conducted according to the formula for solving the torque and axial force of general bolts. The paper analyze the relation between the preload torque of the tightening bolt of the subsea clamp connector and the axial squeezing force on the metal seal. Verification of the theory accuracy was carried out by means of torque calculations and tests of the bolt. According to the tension-bending compound verification formula of the general bolt under working state, the deformation of the clamp and tightening bolt is solved by finite element simulation, so that the stiffness of the clamp and tightening bolt can be obtained by calculation, and the expression of the tension-bending compound verification of the tightening bolt under the working state is derived, which provides a reference for the design and verification of the tightening bolt of the subsea clamp connector.
