摘要
A fully automatic tree planting robot is designed in this paper. The design of crawler chassis, digging bit, scissors lifting structure, seedling plate and soil tamping module are introduced in detail in this paper. The mechanical structure design of solar support and the only control system of the machine. The size of the spiral bit is determined by calculation, and the material selection of the scissors mechanism is determined by optimizing the data by ansys software simulation. The structure of the whole machine is reasonable, the working efficiency of the device is much higher than that of the traditional tree planting method, and the cost of afforestation is reduced to a great extent.
