In view of the fact that the active safety early warning system products of large-scale battery energy storage systems cannot truly realize the fire protection and controllability of the energy storage system at this stage, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the thermal runaway process characteristics of the lithium-ion batteries that constitute the large-scale energy storage system, and establishes the battery Set the PACK-level internal environmental monitoring strategy to realize the precise positioning and early warning of the position of the thermal runaway cell. Secondly, in order to further realize the intelligent management of safety at the station level of the safety early warning system, based on the fusion terminal platform of the company's independent intellectual property rights, a station-level active safety early warning system for the energy storage system with multi-sensor feature fusion was developed. The energy storage system in this paper actively realizes the intelligent linkage of energy storage system station-level safety information interconnection and fire fighting actions.
