摘要
Three kinds of copper alloys-nickel composites were annealed at different temperature.The effect of annealing temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites was studied by means of mechanical tensile test and EPMA.The result shows that the tensile strength(.R._m,.R._(p0.2))and hardness(HV10)of the composites decrease as annealing temperature increasing,the elongation(.A.)of them increases as annealing temperature increasing above 300℃.The diffusion of Cu-Ni elements between copper alloys-nickel observed by EPMA is existent,and the main diffusion is Cu element to Ni layer.The overall properties can be improved by annealing under proper temperature.
