Cultivation of General Practitioners in West China Hospital of Sichuan University

Training a large number of qualified general practitioners is a key point of furthering the reform of medical and health system.The cultivation of general practitioners in our country is at an exploration stage,and the comprehensive teaching hospitals play an important role in general practitioners training.This paper mainly introduces the present situation of general practitioners in West China Hospital of Sichuan University to explore an effective way of general practitioners training in comprehensive teaching hospitals.
