Clinical Observation of Treating Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain with Baduanjin Combining Sling Exercise Therapy

Objective:To observe the rehabilitation of patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain treated with Baduanjin combining Sling Exercise therapy and its long-term curative effects.Methods:60 patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each.The control group was treated with Sling Exercise therapy,while the treatment group was treated with Baduanjin based on the treatment of the control group. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks and followed-up after six months.The Oswestry Dysfunction Index(ODI)score and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the two groups were observed respectively before and after treatment and follow-up,comparing the observed results.Results:After treatment,VAS score and ODI score of the two groups were improved(P 0.05),and the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P 0.05).During the follow-up,the improvement of the VAS score and ODI score in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion:Baduanjin Combining Sling Exercise therapy has a better long-term effect in the treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain.
