摘要
PMSM are widely used in electrified vehicles. These vehicles required very silent application especially for the product dedicated to the thermal management such as electric compressor. This system can generate very high electromagnetic noise coming from motor especially at high temperature conditions when the power train is OFF (Battery cooling, Preconditioning). The electromagnetic noise coming from the electrical driven air conditioning compressor is the main contributor to overall noise. This paper is introducing the way to optimize the cogging torque that can lead to reduce noise by stator tooth optimization.
