摘要
As a widely used technology at the intersection of multiple disciplines in the field of natural sciences, bioinformatics has received much attention from scholars for its development and research. Different research strategies for the omics study are adopted for different research purposes and experimental materials, which has led to the diversity of different data analysis methods and software tools. With the increasing number of analysis software, it is a constant goal of every study to choose the best analysis strategy and the most appropriate data processing platform to fully exploit the sequencing data for more accurate interpretation of life beings. This paper summarized and compared the functional features of software for oimcs of genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, phenomics and multi-omics integration, based on the different functions and analysis methods of current software commonly used for bioinformatics analysis. It provided a reference for personalized bioinformatics data mining and analysis.
