摘要
Biexciton lasing has been observed for the first time in the layered perovskite-type material (C6H13NH3)2PbI4. The lasing was observed up to 40 K from a thin polycrystalline (C6H13NH3)2PbI4 guiding layer formed on a Ti-containing SiO2 glass substrate. Lasing threshold was 20 kW/cm2 at 16 K.
