摘要
In this paper, a circuit design of quasi proportional resonance controller for high-frequency AC inverter. The circuit is formed by amplifiers and the resonance point can be set to the frequency of the given sine wave by designing the parameter of the resistances and capacitances. This circuit converts the input error signal into the inverter SPWM input modulation wave, making the output voltage frequency of the high-frequency AC inverter follow the bus voltage, which is suitable for high-frequency AC inverter systems that require high controller bandwidth. It’s suitable for the high-frequency AC inverter which has a high demand for controller bandwidth. The principle of the quasi-proportional resonance controller is presented. Besides, the design process of the quasi-proportional resonance analog control circuit is given, and the parameter design and verification of the control circuit are carried out. The simulation model is implemented with the output frequency of 25 kHz and the feasibility of the proposed circuit is verified. KeywordsHigh frequency ACLCLCQPROperational amplifier circuit
