摘要
Boiler drum water level stability is an important foundation for the safe and stable operation of natural circulation boilers. However, drum water level is often interfered by steam and feed water flow, which brings a lot of problems to boiler drum water level control. In this work, a novel controller base on the linear active disturbance rejection controller (LADRC) and gray correlation compensation (GCC) is proposed to maintain the drum water level stability, the compensation intensity of GCC is related to the output of linear extended state observer (LESO). The results of simulation experiments of main steam and feed water flow rate disturbances indicates the LADRC-GCC controller can maintain a more stable drum water level than LADRC or NLADRC. Moreover, the LADRC-GCC controller can compensate for different disturbances in time for drum water level, which provides reference for the drum water level control optimization.
