Explain the nasal irrigation's status of the treatment in allergic rhinitis and chronic rhinosinusitis base on guide

Nasal Irrigation has been introduced and recommended by international guidelines. Although the function is not as marked as glucocorticoid ,it is the first option for adjunctive therapy which improves post-ical nasal mucosa repair. However, researches of nasal irrigation are mainly clinical observation or ciliary swing mechanism, which lacks substantial theoretical basis. It also has the shortages of subjective medicine, frequency, time and technique selections, which impact the recommendation of nasal irrigation in the international guidelines. This review attempts to summarize the application of nasal irrigation for Allergic Rhinitis and Chronic Rhinitis and rhinosinusitis from international guidelines.
