[Expert consensus on drug provocation test].

Drug allergy(DA) is a common clinical allergic disease, and drug provocation tests(DPT) are currently recognized internationally as the "gold standard" for diagnosing drug allergy, but this diagnostic program has not been widely developed in China. The lack of diagnosis of drug allergy increases the risk of medication in clinical, and who also leads to unnecessary drug upgrades and drug abuse. Through consultations with clinical experts in multiple medical fields and combined with domestic rules and regulations to standardize the clinical diagnosis process of drug allergy, the Network of food and drug allergy interest group, Allergy Prevention and Control Committee of Chinese Preventive Medicine Association drafted this consensus for operating specifications of drug provocation tests, and preventing causes improper use of drugs leads to clinical medication risks.药物过敏为临床上常见的过敏性疾病，而药物激发试验目前在国际上被公认为是诊断药物过敏的“金标准”，但此诊断方案在国内并没有得到广泛开展。药物过敏的诊断缺失增加了临床医疗中的用药风险，也导致了不必要的药物升级与药物滥用。中国预防医学会过敏病预防和控制专业委员会预防食物药物过敏学组通过多领域临床专家协商，以及结合国内规章制度撰写此共识，以规范药物过敏的临床诊断流程及药物激发试验的操作规范，预防因药物使用不当而导致临床用药风险。.
