Parkinson's disease (PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease, and acupuncture has shown potential advantages in the treatment. By analyzing the experimental researches on acupuncture therapy of PD over the past 10 years, the authors find that acupuncture can play a therapeutic role by regulating multiple targets such as basal ganglia neurotransmitter disorder, oxidative stress, abnormal protein folding, immune inflammatory response, apoptosis, neural stem cells and calcium homeostasis. Although the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of PD is widely studied, there is still a lack of systematic, in-depth and high-quality research, and the mechanism of acupuncture therapy has not reached a consensus. In the future, the potential mechanisms including mitochondrial dysfunction and intestinal flora should be further studied.本文通过分析近10年针刺治疗帕金森疾病的实验研究,发现针刺可通过调节基底节神经递质紊乱、氧化应激、蛋白质异常折叠、免疫炎性反应、细胞凋亡、神经干细胞及钙稳态等多个靶点发挥治疗作用。针刺治疗帕金森病的机制研究广泛,且不断有新的研究方向(如肠道菌群)出现,但仍缺乏系统、深入及优质的研究。目前针刺治疗帕金森病的机制阐述尚未达成共识,未来应围绕线粒体功能障碍、肠道菌群等热点方向进一步研究其潜在机制。.
