Application of an analytical software platform in order to reduce the risk of manufacturing of substandard products

The paper deals with the problem of asymptomatic manifestations of negative factors that have an impact on the quality of products and the operation of technical systems. The role and significance of the dilemma of detection of atypical problems of specific industries has been studied using practical examples and situations. The author's version of the analysis and identification of such situations, deduced through the error function in the author's algorithm, is presented. The application of a software and analytical platform based on the Bloom filter of input parametric valuesof operation of devices (objects of analysis) is considered.
