摘要
In this paper, a dual-frequency rectifier circuit with high conversion efficiency is proposed for microwave power transmission (MPT). The Class-F load structure is adopted in the harmonic suppression network. In order to determine the input power and load resistance, the impedance matching network is optimized by source-pull simulation. Experimental results show that, with an input power of 14.8 dBm, the peak conversion efficiencies at 3.5 and 5.8 GHz can reach 72.81 % and 73.44%, respectively. And the proposed rectifier circuit has a superior performance in circuit area and design cost.
