Oncol. 11:650165. doi: 10.3389/fonc.2021.650165 In the original article, there was a mistake in Figure 2C as published. In fact, we initially leave a gap between 116kD and 96kD WB bands in manuscript ( Figure 2C), which might be not clear enough eventually leading to the misunderstand of the bands. Actually, the PARP antibody(Abclonal, A19596) we used in this study could detect the full length PARP (116kDa), as well as the cleaved PARP (96 kDa). The short time exposure showed an increased but fuzzy band of the cleaved PARP. As the PARP cleavage serves as a better indicator of apoptosis triggering, that we examine the cleaved PARP (96 kDa) with a long time exposure. The corrected Figure 2C appears below. The authors apologize for this error and state that this does not change the scientific conclusions of the article in any way. The original article has been updated.
