摘要
Optical properties of thin CZTSe films produced by RF magnetron sputtering and thermal evaporation of preliminarily synthesized material are studied. Transmission and reflection coefficients are studied. The optical band-gap width depending on substrate temperature is estimated; in optimal modes, it is 1.1-1.3 eV. The study of electrical properties shows that CZTSe possesses low charge-carrier mobility at room temperature and very high concentration p-type. Electron microscopy shows that the film possesses a polycrystalline structure.
