Self-powered behavior based on the light-induced self-poling effect in perovskite-based transport layer-free photodetectors

A transport layer-free CH₃NH₃PbI₃ photodetector utilizing light-induced self-poling effect leads to a self-powered photodetector with large switch ratio and low dark current.
