摘要
In article number 1706102, Ji-Guang Zhang and co-workers present a novel "localized high-concentration electrolyte" that enables dendrite-free cycling of lithium-metal anodes with high Coulombic efficiency and excellent capacity retention in lithium-metal batteries. The lithium salt preferentially binds with the base solvent but not the diluent, and therefore forms a localized highconcentration electrolyte that retains the stability of the high-concentration electrolyte against lithium metal.
