摘要
Gas sensor has wide applications in petroleum chemical industry,environmental monitoring,and aerospace. Due to its unique physical and chemical properties,Ti O2 has been extensively used as gas sensing material. Research progress of Ti O2-based gas sensor are reviewed and five gases are addressed including H2,NH3,H2 S,CO and NO2. The preparation,gas sensing properties,sensing mechanism and existing problems of Ti O2-based gas sensor are discussed,in addition,future prospect of Ti O2-based gas sensor is pointed out.
