Progress in preparation of sodium alginate & chitosan microcapsules and its applications

Reviewed the physical and chemical properties of sodium alginate and chitosan, the methods of sodium alginatechitosan microcapsules preparation, the effects of the release behavior of embedded objects, and the application prospects of ACA and its research directions were also presented.
