Anoectochilus roxburghii polysaccharides exhibit notable hepatoprotective effects, but the underlying substance basis and mechanisms remain unknown. In this study, four new polysaccharides named ARP-1a, ARP-1b, ARP-2a and ARP-2b, were isolated from A. roxburghii. Their structural characteristics were systematically analyzed using HPGPC, HPLC, GC-MS, IR and NMR analysis.
