(Abstracted from Hum Reprod 2024;39(5):974–980 Recurrent implant failure (RIF) has been defined as repeated failed implantations following multiple embryo transfers. A landmark paper on RIF reported the cumulative sustained implantation and live birth rates achieved with 3 consecutive single euploid blastocyst transfers and found a similar live birth rate across the first 3 consecutive transfers with a “true” unexplained RIF rate of <5% in the in vitro fertilization population.
