摘要
Low-dimensional nanomaterials have outstanding physical properties, electrical tunability, low-power switching capability, and hetero-integration compatibility, so they are being evaluated for memristive materials. This chapter provides a review of new findings and perspectives on nonvolatile resistive memory devices with different nanomaterials, classified as nanoparticles, nanowires, and nanofilms. These nanomaterial devices have simple structures and excellent properties that can be used to fabricate ideal memory devices. Based on the current status, we present the challenges and opportunities in future research directions of nonvolatile resistive memory devices.
