Study of Meteorological Message Satellite Communication Transmission Model

With the principle of maximizing transmission efficiency, the present study investigates the satellite communication transmission of meteorological message information, considering constraints such as the character length of the message, transmission methods, and performance indicators of satellite communication equipment. Firstly, the study employs the enumeration method to investigate the rotational pattern of information transmission. It examines the relationship between the minimum transmission time, denoted as K, and the number of meteorological teams, represented by N. Furthermore, a main station information transmission model is established. Subsequently, supplementary information from sub-stations is incorporated to establish a model for maximum transmission of team quantities by both main and sub-stations. This transmission scheme yields an average of 6.23 main stations successfully receiving at least one sub-station's meteorological message per team, and each main station successfully receives meteorological messages from 13.12 sub-stations on average.
