LEARN: implementing health-promoting schools in Italy

Nestled in picturesque Pordenone, northern Italy, a unique school offers an environment where both education and health are integrated and promoted in a holistic way. Set up in 2017 by Lamia Channoufi-Vascotto, a paediatrician and public health physician, Lavorare ad Essere Autonomi e Responsabili Noi (LEARN) is the first health-promoting school in the country.
