摘要
According to the demand for orthopedic force monitoring of spinal orthosis, this paper carries out the applied research of pressure distributed detection technology of spinal orthosis. On the basis of comprehensively analyzing the research status and development trend of flexible pressure sensor arrays, it focuses on the parameter comparison of flexible pressure sensors and conducts sensor selection for building an intelligent spinal orthosis monitoring system. A point array pressure distribution data acquisition scheme is adopted to construct a sensor network on the inner side of the spinal orthosis. Processing using distributed sensor pressure distribution algorithms and validating the effectiveness of the sensor network by plotting pressure distribution cloud maps. Distributed measurement of orthopedic force in spinal orthoses was realized.
