摘要
CuGaS 2 /ZnS quantum dots with a Stokes shift of ∼190 nm and PLQY of 80% were developed for LSCs, which achieved an optical efficiency of 1.7%. A tandem configuration integrating near-infrared-active AgInS 2 /ZnS achieved an optical efficiency of 4.4%.
