摘要
Cascaded partially-corrugated gratings (CPCGs) are designed to realize high-power DFB lasers for co-packaged-optics applications. CPCGs allow for manipulating the longitudinal power distribution in laser cavity to increase output power. By optimizing the grating ratio, >37.837% increase in output power and >97.3% single-mode-yield can be obtained even at high operation temperature.
