摘要
Organic Thin-Film Transistor (OTFT) has been invented more than 30 years. It shares a similar structure with the MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) – the fundamental building block of modern IC (Integrated Circuit), however, it uses organic semiconductor as the conducting channel instead of an inorganic one. With facile design of structures and materials, OTFT has found many applications such as sensors, wearable devices, organic light-emitting diodes (OLED) and non-volatile memories. In this paper, we surveyed on the research topic of OTFT biosensors in recent two years, and gave a thorough review on this topic.
