摘要
The present study establish a method combining quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, safe (QuEChERS) and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) to detect 13 pyrethroids in fresh and dry jasmine. The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.01–1 mg · kg−1 in fresh jsamine and 0.02–1 mg · kg−1 in dry jsamine, and correlation coefficients ≥ 0.9983. The limits of quantification (LOQs) of 0.01 mg · kg−1 and 0.02–0.05 mg · kg−1 in fresh jasmine and dry jasmine, respectively. The results indicate that recoveries and relative standard deviation (RSD) for the 13 pyrethroids of 76.2 % - 118.7 % (2.9 % - 16.4 %) and 78.8 % - 117.4 % (0.6 % - 14.2 %) in fresh jasmine and dry jasmine, respectively. The method has successfully been employed to monitor pyrethroid residues in 10 fresh jasmine samples and 49 commercial jasmine samples. Therefore, 80 % of the fresh jasmine samples detected with 1–2 pyrethroid pesticides, while 59.2 % of the dry jasmine samples detected with 2–7 pyrethroid pesticides. The most frequently detected pyrethroid pesticides were lambda-cyhalothrin, bifenthrin, and cypermethrin.
