摘要
EUS has been, and remains, a highly technical field. Training in EUS requires operators to not just develop an eye for grainy, black and white images that can appear and disappear in an instant but also to become their own US technician. Training in EUS also requires attention to how to operate the admittedly complicated dashboard of the EUS processor itself. Few endoscopists are able to truly master the full range of imaging modes that the processor itself allows users to choose from. In this article, Dr Scot Lewey, a true virtuoso of the EUS processor, provides his top tips for performing EUS elastography, something that most endosonographers are probably not using as much as they could, or should.
