摘要
We propose a clutter-loss generation model that considers elevation angle characteristics to help advance the examination of clutter loss to promote common use between satellite or aerial communications and terrestrial mobile communications such as cellular systems. In this paper, we derive the elevation angle characteristics of clutter loss using conventional estimate formulas for propagation loss. We show that clutter loss is inversely proportional to the square of the elevation angle. We compare the examination results to those for ITU-R P.2108, and present the differences. The multiple screen diffraction model is known as a theoretical model for propagation loss in cellular environment. This model is applied in a macro cell environment. The proposal model is applied to the microcell environment which is the mainstream currently.
