The research of carnosine and correlative dipeptides

Carnosine is an endogenous dipeptide,β-alanyl-L-histidine.The structure,the distribution and the content of carnosine and correlative dipeptides were investigated.Carnosine had the function of keeping the stabilization of PH,protecting nerve,resisting cancer,resisting senescence,resisting oxidation and chelating metal.The article showed the good prospect of application of carnosine in stockbreeding.
