摘要
For finding out genetic aspects of wheat multi-(ovary) character,and offering scientific basis in application of multi-(ovary) character to high-yield breeding and heterosis,one multi-ovary wheat was reciprocal crossed with 4 common wheat,and F_2 and BC_1 generation were obtained by F_1 plant self-polhinatation and from the backcrosses of F_1 with the mono-ovary wheat as male parent respectively.All F_1 plant were multi-ovary,the ratio of multiovary individuals to mono-ovary individuals in F_2 was 3∶1;the ratio of multi-ovary individuals to mono-ovary individuals in BC_1 was 1∶1.The results showed that the multi-ovary character of wheat DuoⅡ was controlled by one dominant nuclear gene.
