摘要
Aiming at the failure mechanism of 45CrNiMoVA gear, the FEM method, fracture theroy caculuation and metallographic examination are employed to analyze the gear failure form, working stress condition and microscopic metallographic structure. The conclusion is that the dominated reasion of the gear fracture failure is the insufficient fatigue strength, and the defect of the relative craft and testing method are the root causes. Some specific suggessions are put forward for the gear failure mechanism simultaneously.
