摘要
In this work, we have demonstrated the existence of oscillatory antiferromagnetic interlayer coupling in the $\mathrm{Co}∕\mathrm{Pt}$ multilayer with perpendicular anisotropy by using the sample configuration of $[\mathrm{Pt}(6\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\mathrm{\AA{}})∕\mathrm{Co}(4\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\mathrm{\AA{}})]∕\mathrm{Pt}({t}_{\mathrm{Pt}}\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\mathrm{\AA{}})∕[\mathrm{Co}(4\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\mathrm{\AA{}})∕\mathrm{Pt}(6\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\mathrm{\AA{}})∕\mathrm{Co}(4\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\mathrm{\AA{}})]∕\mathrm{Ni}\mathrm{O}(20\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\mathrm{\AA{}})$. As a function of ${t}_{\mathrm{Pt}}$, there exists a transition of the interlayer coupling from ferromagnetic to antiferromagnetic. At ${t}_{\mathrm{Pt}}<25\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\mathrm{\AA{}}$, the interlayer coupling between Co layers is always ferromagnetic, while at ${t}_{\mathrm{Pt}}>25\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\mathrm{\AA{}}$, the antiferromagnetic interlayer coupling appears and its strength varies as a function of ${t}_{\mathrm{Pt}}$ in such a way as to lend support to a theoretical model for a (111) Pt spacer.
