摘要
An ultraviolet (UV) to visible photodetector of high-performance has been successfully manufactured based on the 3D porous In2O3 microcubes architecture. The fabricated photodetector exhibits an excellent optoelectronic performance with ultrahigh photoresponse (10,012) and fast response-recovery speed (12–23 s) under the excitation wavelength of 365 nm. At the same time, the photoresponse characteristics are also detected under the visible spectrum (425 and 515 nm), which broadens its application for completely light exposure demanded devices.
