A simple method was used to load theγ-Aminopropyl triethoxysilane (KH550) modified chitosan (CS) on the surface of hexagonal boron nitride(HBN) modified with polydopamine (PDA). The prepared material (HP-CS) was added into epoxy resin to fabricate high-efficiency anti-corrosion coating. Various characterization methods were used to study the dispersion and interfacial interaction of HP-CS in epoxy resin. In addition, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) test results demonstrated that HP-CS/EP coating had good corrosion resistance , and the impedance modulus reached 8.83 × 10 9 Ω cm 2 . Furthermore, the impedance modulus of HP-CS/EP coating was about 2 orders of magnitude higher than the pure EP coating after 30 days of immersion.
