Cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL) is characterized by the accumulation of malignant T cells in the skin. However, advanced CTCL pathophysiology remains elusive and therapeutic options are limited due to the high intratumoral heterogeneity and complicated tumor microenvironment (TME).
