摘要
Abstract An efficient photoredox‐catalyzed glycosylation using a p ‐tolyl thioglycoside donor in the presence of trifluoromethyl thianthrenium triflate (TT‐CF 3 + TfO − ) has been investigated. This approach involves generating a trifluoromethyl radical via single electron transfer between TT‐CF 3 + TfO − and the photocatalyst Rose Bengal, thereby activating thioglycosides and facilitating glycosylation. This method operates under mild reaction conditions and tolerates a variety of functional groups.
