摘要
In this paper, we present an incell integrated electromagnetic resonance(EMR) active pen solution that can form a closed magnetic induction coil without additional panel manufacturing process compared to a regular L CD panel. The Incell EMR touch solution exhibits extremely high accuracy and linearity, such as 0.16mm accuracy and 0.36mm linearity, respectively. Our solution shows significant advantages over capacitive active pen solution especially in slow scribing scenario without any sawtooth phenomenon, achieving a highly intergrated, lightweight, high‐performance, and low‐power consumption solution for handwriting active pen LCD.
