摘要
Abstract In order to effectively identify the potential weak links of the milling machine and significantly shorten the product development cycle, this paper firstly designs the three-dimensional model of a small gantry CNC milling machine through SOLIDWORKS software. Then, the static stress analysis of the crossbeam, column, and the overall structure of the milling machine is carried out through ABAQUS software, and an in-depth analysis of the simulation results is conducted, to obtain strength and stiffness to meet the requirements. The structure of the gantry milling machine, through modal analysis, provides solid theoretical support for finally obtaining a CNC milling machine structure that meets the design requirements.
