摘要
Circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) materials have drawn great attention in 3D displays and optical storage devices. Now it has been found that introduction of an aggregation-induced emission (AIE) unit to chiral molecules can enhance the CPL efficiency and dissymmetric factors in the aggregated state. In this chapter, we will make a review on the chiral molecules based on AIE-active luminogens, chirality transfer through supramolecular interactions, circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) and its application in photoelectric devices. We believe that the present chapter will attract much more readers to this fascinating field.
